Welcome to the transport department of The Prague British International School.
We understand it is not always easy for parents to combine dropping their child(ren) off at school and picking them up at the end day with work and other responsibilities. Our bus service, which operates every school day, is designed to make your life that bit easier.
Our school bus services are all ‘two way’ services, picking your child up before the start of school and dropping them home at the end of the school day. The service is available for children older than 4 years for home-school-home service and 5 years for shuttle bus service. Younger children can travel with their parent/nanny.
At Vlastina, Kamýk and Libuš sites we offer a Home-School-Home service:
Additional services (Kamyk and Libuš only)
1. Shuttle Buses
At Kamyk and Libuš we also run four 'Shuttle Buses'. Each Shuttle bus leaves from a fixed point in the morning, and returns there in the afternoon.
2. After club buses
At Kamyk and Libuš there are also four AFTER CLUB services
Parents of younger children should note that the home-school-home and shuttle bus/after club bus service is NOT available for children younger than 4 years. Shuttle bus and after club bus service is available for children older than 5 years. Younger children must be accompanied by parent/guardian/nanny on the school bus /shuttle bus/after club bus.

Kamýk Kiss & Ride
Parents of Kamýk children who prefer to collect children at school themselves by car can sign up for Kiss & Ride. Parents don´t need to register for morning drop off at Kiss & Ride.
We will help you with finding the most appropriate transport service for your child(ren). Please contact Soňa for assitance.
