At our Kamyk campus we have a Kiss & Ride facility for the beginning and end of the day. From January 2024 we will also offer Kiss & Ride after clubs. This is a great option, as it enables children to be dropped directly into school without the need to find parking.
You need to register to use the end of day Kiss & Ride so that we can ensure these children are ready and waiting for you after school. Please comlete Kiss and Ride Sign Up. You will receive confirmation and your child´s diary in Schoolsbuddy will be updated. You don´t need to complete this form if you already selected this transport method in the club form.
Key Information:
- If you sign up to use Kiss & Ride, your child's class teacher will ensure your child is ready for collection from the Kiss & Ride area at 3.05 pm-3:15 pm (Early Years / Primary) or 3:15-3:30 pm (Primary / Secondary) on the days you choose. From January 2024 you can register for Kiss & Ride after clubs 4:00-4:30 pm (Primary/Secondary).
- If you do not arrive by 3.30 pm (4:30 after clubs), the entrance to Kiss & Ride will be closed and you will need to use the regular car park and collect your child from within the school.
- It is therefore important that if you cannot, or do not wish to use Kiss & Ride on a specific day, you should make CHANGE REQUEST in SchoolsBuddy before 12 midday. If you do not inform us, your child will be waiting in the K&R car park until 3.30 pm (4:30 after clubs).
- If you sign your child up for Kiss & Ride after school on the same day that you have a club, the club or bus is cancelled automatically.
- Please register for Kiss & Ride only on the days when you don´t use school transport. By registering for Kiss & Ride, the school bus will be permanently cancelled on relevant day.

Please check your child´s diary to view transport method on relevant day. Please log onto parents portal (here) and click on SchoolsBuddy.
You do not need to register for the morning Kiss & Ride facility.
While using the facility please remember that the following rules are in place to ensure it is used safely:
- Please always drive all the way through to the top end of the parking section so other cars can fit in behind you.
- Please only offload children in the marked Kiss & Ride bays (otherwise your child would have to walk on the road through traffic!)
- Please do not drive through the centre section as this is for staff car parking.
- Please do not park or leave your car. The facility is only for loading and unloading.
- Please show patience if it is busy and we urge you to not use your horn at any time!
