Parents to view their child´s diary in SchoolsBuddy for daily transport and activities arrangements. Parents can access SchoolsBuddy directly from our VLE dashboard.
Single morning journey cancellation – home-school-home service
If your child is ill or your family leaves for holidays during the school year, please contact the driver by sms as soon as possible so that the bus driver does not have to drive to your house and wait.
No morning cancellation needed for shuttle bus service.
AFTERNOON BUS CANCELLATION (NURSERY-YEAR 6)
Occasional changes in afternoon journeys, home-school-home service, shuttle bus, Kamýk Kiss and Ride and after club bus service
Parents to make daily changes/exceptions to the permanent bus and Kamýk Kiss and Ride order via Change request in their child´s diary in SchoolsBuddy at least 12 hours in advance.

Senior school students (Y7-13) make own travel arrangements in the afternoon, parents do not have to inform the school for daily changes/cancellations.
Permanent Changes to the Bus Schedule
Please email transport@pbis.cz if there are any permanent changes to be made to your child’s bus schedule.
AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
If your child attends an after school activities, transport with a departure at 3:35 PM and Kiss and Ride collection is cancelled automatically.
After club transport at Kamýk and Libuš
Kamýk and Libuš parents can sign in their children for the After Club Bus to Kačerov, Smíchovské nádraží, Průhonice and Vinohrady.
Parents to choose after club transport (or parents collection) for each day. The bus order can be updated when registering for the after school clubs via SchoolsBuddy each term. If your child attends an after school club, your child will be automatically added to the relevant after club bus register.

PARENTS COLLECTION AT THE BUS STOP
Parents need to collect Primary School children (Year 1-6) at the bus stop/drop off point. Year 7-13 students can walk home alone. Please make sure you are on time to collect your child.
PERMISSION TO GO HOME FROM THE BUS STOP FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILDREN
Parents of Primary school children (Y1-6) can set up permission to walk home alone from the bus stop for their children.
The walking permission can be found in the parents profile in SchoolsBuddy.

Please set this permission for Y1-6 children, Y7-13 can go home independently therefore no permission is needed.
School Bus Application and Bus Timetable Confirmation
Please note that we can only provide a bus service for those children whose parents have completed the Bus Application Form. You will receive confirmation of the service with the timetable and detailed instruction by email within 5 workdays. The bus timetables are updated during summer holidays. Parents receive new timetables at the end of last week of summer holidays.
Permanent cancellation of the home-school-home or shuttle bus service
If you wish to cancel school bus transport during the school year, please do so by sending email to: transport@pbis.cz at least 14 days in advance (email:).
School Bus Fee
The cost for home – school – home service is 75.000, - CZK per child for the Academic Year 2023/24 (10 months). There is a reduced cost for families with 2 children (134.000,-CZK/school year) and 3 children (195.000,-CZK/school year). All prices include VAT.
The shuttle bus and after club bus service is free of charge.
