Dear Parents,
Our SchoolsBuddy system manages all of our school transport, extra-curricular activities, school trips and Extra Time.
Getting Started
- Parents can access SchoolsBuddy directly from our VLE dashboard. New parents can access VLE once they receive log in details from admission team.
- We have also created a series of user guides/videos which we recommend parents view before accessing the application.

As of today, parents can use SchoolsBuddy to:
- Review their children's arrangements in the diary.
- Request daily transport changes.
- Make an Extra Time or Breakfast Club booking.
- Register and pay for a School Trip.
Each term we open the Activity enrolment in SchoolsBuddy and you will receive separate information regarding activity enrolment from Ben Morrison in the beginning of term. You will be also able to review/ set after club bus option for your child.
School Transport
Your child's transport arrangements are integrated into Schoolsbuddy, and parents are able to request changes to their child's transport or collection arrangements directly through the system (please refer to the Change Request user guide for additional information).
For any permanent changes to your child's transport schedule, parents should email transport@pbis.cz.
Kamýk Kiss & Ride
We encourage families to use the Kiss & Ride collection service after school, to avoid congestion at the main entrance. If your child is currently registered for Kiss & Ride after-school/club collection, you will already see this indicated in your child's SchoolsBuddy diary.
