8. Should
your child sustain an injury while in attendance at the Half Term Sports Camp,
the camp leaders have your permission to request medical assistance from the

Programmed activities will start each day at 9.15 a.m., so please ensure that
your child is on site by this time, otherwise it may delay our departure from

reserve the right to withdraw the service for parents who are repeatedly late
collecting their child.
12. We
expect a certain standard of behaviour from the children. The camp leader will
inform parents if their child’s behaviour has not been acceptable. We reserve
the right to withdraw the service for children who are repeatedly misbehaving.
13. It is your responsibility to ensure that your child has all of their
belongings. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to anything brought to
the Half Term Sports Camp from home. We ask that all personal property brought
to the camp is clearly named.
