                                                                                            Extra Party Time Terms & Conditions

                                                                                            1. The Extra Party Time service is available to all children from Nursery - Year 6, between the hours of 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, during term time.

                                                                                            2. All bookings are confirmed personally via email. Please do not issue party invitations until you have received formal notification that your booking has been confirmed by the ExtraTime Manager.

                                                                                            3. If you will be inviting children from outside PBIS, we will require the full names of the children and any parents or carers that will be accompanying or collecting them from the school at least 24 hours in advance.

                                                                                            4. Parents must provide a complete list of the students invited to the party on the booking form, so that the school can prepare the electronic invitation in the SchoolsBuddy system. Subsequent changes in the list of invited children should be communicated directly to the party organiser.

                                                                                            5. Parents are solely responsible for the organisation of the catering for the party, including the preparation of the dining area. This can be arranged in collaboration with our in house catering supplier, Lion Catering, or an alternative catering supplier of your choice.

                                                                                            6. If for any reason you should need to cancel a booking you must inform the party organiser at least 3 days before, otherwise you may be subject to a last minute cancellation fee of 1,000 CZK.

                                                                                            7. Extra Party Time fees are calculated according to the number of children that attend the party on the day. If less than ten children attend the party, the minimum party fee of 3,700 CZK will apply.

                                                                                            8. Extra Party Time fees and the cost of any catering ordered through Lion Catering will added to your child's SchoolsBuddy account after the party. Parents will receive an automatic notification, once the payment has added to their child's account. All payments must be settled within 7 days of notification. 

                                                                                            9. All children should be collected at the party’s scheduled finish time. We may seek your support and understanding in asking people to leave after the party has finished, so that the scheduled cleaning of the dining areas can begin.

                                                                                            10. If the party is unable to go ahead due to 'acts of god', health & safety or reasons out of our control, you will not be charged for the cancellation of the party.
