From the Principal
Dear Parents,
There’s been so much going on this week, both inside and outside the classrooms, with plenty of exciting learning happening across the school. We’ve been delighted to see such strong attendance at our parent events and workshops—your involvement helps to strengthen our PBIS community.
Thank you for your continued support, and enjoy the weekend.

House Captains
It’s been a tough week for our year 6 house captain candidates. They have presented in front of the whole school and also had an official interview with the school leaders. We are immensely proud of all the students who put themselves forward but unfortunately were only able to choose two for each house. The decisions were made based on all the children’s votes and their interviews.
Congratulations to our new school house captains.

For those who were unsuccessful there are plenty of other leadership opportunities available including school council and digital leaders.
As well as having the student House Captains we also have staff house leaders who are going to work together to develop our house system. Watch this space for a range of house related activities throughout the year.
Parent Workshops
Thank you to the parents who attended the E=Safety presentation Yesterday. As I mentioned in the newsletter last week, E-Safety is an important topic, and all parents have to take responsibility for this. As soon as you give your child access to a device it is so important that you continue to monitor their use.
