From the Principal
Dear Parents,
Over the past few weeks, there has been so much to celebrate within our vibrant PBIS community. I am always proud to see our students thrive and display such enthusiasm for life and learning, and this has been evident in numerous ways. Our champion footballers demonstrated exceptional skill and sporting spirit, achieving outstanding success at the Med Cup tournament in Verona, where they competed against 50 international teams. Their dedication and teamwork truly set a high standard for our school.
We were also inspired by our young leaders during PBIS Leadership Day, where they honed their leadership skills and collaborated on impactful projects to benefit our community. Additionally, students across all year groups expanded their horizons through enriching educational visits, from exploring local sites within the city to venturing as far as Geneva, where our budding physicists were captivated by the groundbreaking research at the CERN centre.
It has been equally wonderful to see so many parents actively participating in school life—whether attending workshops, parent conferences, and learning showcases, or leading student activities like the Halloween Discos, Fright Night, and the Day of the Dead Bake Sale. Your support and engagement are the backbone of our strong parent-school partnership, and we are immensely grateful for your contributions that help make PBIS a welcoming and dynamic place for everyone.
As we swiftly approach the winter and festive season, the month ahead promises to be filled with learning, concerts, and fun celebrations. Be sure to stay informed about upcoming events and get involved whenever possible.
Thank you for your continued support and for being such an integral part of the PBIS community.
Kind regards,
Niki Meehan
